We will check the accuracy and quality of each item before sending it out to ensure that we provide you with gifts and services that exceed your expectations.
Product Defects
If there is a quality problem with your order, you can return the new and originally packaged goods for an immediate exchange of the same goods or an immediate full refund.
Understandably, personalized goods cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Due to the special nature of customized products, please repeatedly confirm that there are no mistakes in your spelling when placing an order. Our designers will also confirm the customization effect with you by email before production.
All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
Logistics and Transportation
During the busy holiday season, our order volume will increase significantly, and we will do our best to ensure that your gifts are delivered on time. If we fail to honor our guarantee, we will refund your shipping and handling fees after confirming that your package was not delivered on time.
Understandably, refunds cannot be made for orders (shipping costs or merchandise value) that are delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect hythillow.com or any of our carriers. Thank you for your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and with the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you if your refund has been approved once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
